Water Rights Specialist
Chris works on a range of water rights projects including analysis, permitting, changes, exempt claims, marketing, and mitigation plans. He first got into water rights consulting in 2017 and has previous experience working for the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), the Beaverhead Conservation District, the National Drought Mitigation Center, and Denver Water. He is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), *holds a Certificate in Project Management from Carroll College, and will complete a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at Carroll College in May 2019. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Montana.
