Luke is a native Montanan with eight years of experience in the civil engineering field including project management, civil design, and construction oversight.  As a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces he was responsible planning and establishing essential airbase support infrastructure, including water supplies and wastewater treatment for the initial wave of troops in Iraq.  Luke served as an associate engineer at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium where he managed the design and construction of health clinics in remote villages, designed water distribution and wastewater systems, and evaluated new water sources.  Luke is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.  Luke is a professional registered engineer in the States of Alaska and Montana.

At HydroSolutions Luke manages a variety of projects focusing on water resources engineering.  His specialties include water source development, storm water management, water use planning and conservation, and wastewater management.  As a staff engineer and project manager Luke provides designs, design review, construction oversight, and technical assistance on water rights.  He also assists in developing groundwater and surface water monitoring programs and Phase I environmental site assessments.
